Immunizations are a recommended approach to keep your child healthy. The Centers for Disease Control and Logan Pediatrics recommend the following time frame for immunizations.

REQUIRED AGES FOR VACCINATIONS:
  • 1 - 3 Days     Hep B#1
  • 2 Months      Dtap #1, Hib #1, IPV #1, Hep B #2, PCV #1, RotaTeq #1
  • 4 Months      Dtap #2, Hib #2; IPV #2, PCV #2, RotaTeq #2
  • 6 Months      Dtap #3, Hib #3, IPV #3, Hep B #3, PCV #3, RotaTeq #3, Flu #1
  • 7 Months      Flu #2
  • 12 Months     MMR #1 Var #1, PCV #4, Hep A #1
  • 15 Months     Dtap #4, Hib #4
  • 24 Months     Hep A #2
  • 4-5 Years       Dtap #5, IPV #4, MMR #2, Var #2, Hep A #1 (if not given)
  • 11 - 13 Years  Tdap, MCV #4, HPV#1, Hep A #1 (If not given)
                                  HPV #2  (last dose) if received before 15 Year
                                  HPV #3  (fast dose) If HPV #2 received after 15 Years
  • 16 Years         MCV #2, Men & #1 (schedule Men B #2 in 1 Month)
